JOB DESCRIPTION
Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times.

Serve beverages (e.g., water, tea, coffee) to guests and clients as needed.

Prepare meeting rooms before and after use, ensuring cleanliness and availability of refreshments.
-
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
-
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars.
-
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
-
Monitor office and pantry supplies, and assist with reordering when necessary.
-
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in common areas, such as wiping surfaces and organizing magazines or brochures.

Support administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
